1. The characteristics of alumina ceramic balls are as follows:
(1) High hardness: The Mohs hardness of alumina ceramics is 9, only 1 level lower than diamond (diamond Mohs hardness is 10)
(2) Good wear resistance and slow consumption speed
(3) Corrosion resistance: Aluminum oxide is inert and does not react with acids or bases, avoiding corrosion consumption under acidic conditions
(4) High strength, low ball breakage rate, and less prone to loss of roundness in appearance after use
(5) High aluminum ball density>3.6g/cm3, with a density half of that of steel balls. Under fine grinding conditions, it reduces overwear and equipment wear, reduces equipment noise, and reduces power consumption
(6) Non toxic and harmless, in compliance with EU ROHS ingredient restrictions
